摘    要:从我国薄煤层资源及储量入手,分析了极薄煤层机载电牵引采煤机的发展趋势。通过中压变频器、高可靠性控制器以及现场总线技术的应用,实现极薄煤层机载电牵引采煤机电控系统智能化,从而逐步实现自动化开采。

Design & Exploration of Intelligent Modular Electrical Control System of Electrical Haulage Shearer for Very Thin Coal Seam
Abstract:Based on the thin coal seam resource and reserve in China,the development trend of very thin coal seam electrical haulage shearer is analyzed.Through the application of medium voltage frequency converter,high reliable controller and field bus technology,the intelligent and modular electrical control system of electrical haulage shearer for very thin coal seam is realized.In this way,the automated mining can be realized gradually.
