| 摘 要： | 造成预焙铝电解槽电压波动的原因有很多。本文针对电解质温度、铝水平以及分子比等主要工艺技术条件和阳极更换对电压波动的影响因素进行了详细阐述。结合生产实际,提出了相应的有效预防措施。

| Abstract: | There are various reasons for voltage fluctuation of pre-baked aluminum reduction cell.The factors that affect voltage fluctuation include main technological process conditions like electrolyte temperature,aluminum level and molecule ratio and anode replacement were presented in detail.Based on the practical production,the corresponding effective prevention measures were put forward. |
