摘    要:针对高速面铣刀切削加工过程的特点,在刀具可靠性分析基础上建立了高速可转位面铣刀的应力场模型和刀具及其组件的安全性判据.通过有限元分析,获得了切削力和离心力对高速面铣刀应力场影响规律,并获得了刀具安全转速.高速面铣刀切削试验结果表明:基于应力场分析开发的高速面铣刀,在其安全转速范围内应力场分布状态较好,并在切削速度为2 010 m/min时达到最佳的切削性能.

Abstract:According to the characteristic of high speed face speed face milling process, the model of stress field of high milling cutter is established on the dependability analysis. The influence of cutting force and centrifugal force on the stress field of high speed mining cutter can be got by Finite Element Analysis. The safety criterion of the cutter and the safety rotational speed of the cutter for high speed face milling are both obtained. The result of the cutting experiment indicated that the stress field of the cutter is better when the rotational speed of high speed face milling cutter is below its safety rotational speed, and the cutting performance of the cutter is best when the ro- tational speed is 2 010 m/min.
