超临界流体萃取辣椒油数值模拟及工艺优化

摘    要:利用现有的超临界流体萃取实验装置,以CO2为萃取剂,考察了萃取压力、温度、CO2流量及原料颗粒大小等因素对辣椒油萃取率的影响,并由此确定了较佳的萃取工艺条件:萃取压力28MPa,操作温度318~323 K,辣椒粉颗粒度30~40目,CO2流量0.4m3/h,辣椒油萃取率最高.并基于萃取器微分单元质量守恒原理,建立了传质方程,基于直线推动力近似理论拟合总传质推动力及平衡吸收常数,化简方程,对实验结果进行了数值模拟,优化了实验条件.

Abstract:Mter the experiments of extracting chilli oil with the existing equipment of supercritical liquid extraction, taking carbon dioxide as extractant, the optimum extracting condition is obtained. Under that condition of the pressure 28MPa, the temperature 318 - 323K, the granularity of chilli powder 30 - 40 meshes and the flow rate 0.4 m^3/h, the best extracting rate can be expected. Based on the mass conservation principle for differential units of extractor and feed particle, the differential equations were established. The equations were simplified by the linear impetus approximate theory in imitation of total mass transfer impetus and the equilibrium absorbing constant.
