摘    要:单重保温管的各层之间由于层间抗剪能力不足产生相对滑移,在张紧器附近出现拉脱现象,是管线铺装过程中亟待解决的关键问题,而且过大的张紧器压力还可能造成单重管混凝土涂层、夹克层或泡沫层的压溃损坏.通过在铺管船张紧器上进行现场的全比尺试验,测定了试验管段的抗压溃能力和抗张拉能力,确定了结点处由不同材料组成的层状结构的等效刚度,并将ANSYS有限元分析和理论分析的结果与现场试验的结果进行了对比分析,为实际工程设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A risk when laying thermally insulated pipelines is that the insulating layers could be separated from the steel pipe during installation.This happens if the shear stress induced by the pullout force from the tensioner is greater than the binding forces between adjacent layers.Furthermore,the concrete-coated layer,the jacket layer,or the foam layer could be damaged by over compressing when passing through the tensioner.In situ experiments were carried out to determine the anti-compression capacity and the interface shear resistance of thermally insulated marine pipelines for a specific project.The equivalent stiffness of thermally insulated marine pipeline was also measured during the test.The testing results were compared with those from finite element method analysis.The research offers useful references for pipeline design and construction.
