摘    要:镗滚压复合加工工艺技术采用镗、浮、滚压等方法,是一项比较优越的加工方法,它完全可代替通过精镗、珩磨加工缸筒的工艺方案。镗提高直线度、浮提高圆度、滚压提高表面光洁度。镗滚复合加工机床提高加工精度、提高质量和品质的稳定性,提高生产效率,可减少投资、降低成本。

Abstract:The means such as the technique that boring trundles to be getting near composite the process technology adopts boring and floats and trundles to be getting near and so on is a comparatively more advantageous process means , and it may replace by means of picked boring and the honing process vat a thick tube-shaped technology scheme completely . The boring lifts the right line degree and drift lifts circularity and trundles to be getting near is lifts the face bright and clean degree. Boring trundles that the composite process machine tool lifts the process accuracy and the stability to lift quality and quality , and lifts production efficiency , and may decrease the investment and cut down the cost.
