掺磷石膏的无水泥墙体砖的制备研究

摘    要:用粉煤灰为原料,研究了磷石膏、氧化钙和河砂的加入对墙体砖强度的影响。研究发现,磷石膏掺量增加,试样的强度下降;氧化钙的加入量增加,试样强度先上升后下降;在试样中加入100%的河砂,对试样的强度影响较小。无水泥墙体砖的最佳配比为:磷石膏掺量为30%、氧化钙掺量为20%、河砂掺量为100%。

Abstract:The effects of phosphor--gypsum, calcium oxide and sand on the brick strength were stud- ied. The results indicated the brick strength decreased with increasing the amount of phosphor--gyp- sum. The sample strength firstly increased, then decreased with increasing the amount of calcium oxide. The sample strength was not influenced by adding 100% sand. The best formulation of the brick is 30% phosphor--gypsum, 20% calcium oxide and 100% sand.
