发电机定子现场下线施工工艺

摘    要:发电机定子现场下线工作量大,施工工艺复杂,对施工的环境条件要求很高。江垭水电站为地下式厂房,施工期间空气相对湿度大,施工场地小,施工相互干扰大。叙述了江垭水电站发电机定子现场下线的施工工艺,介绍了定子电气试验的结果,并对如何控制发电机电晕电压采取的施工措施提出了看法。

Abstract:In-situ insertion of generator stator winding rods is a work of great amount,very complicated technology and high requirement for environmental conditions of construction.The underground powerhouse of Jiangya Hydropower Station had a great relative humidity of air and a limited construction arena,resulting in serious mutual disturbances in construction.The construction technology for the in-situ insertion of generator stator winding rods and the results of the electrical tests of generator stator are presented.Some opinions about construction measures taken for controlling the corona voltage of the generator are put forward.
