轮胎模具中铝花纹圈加工新工艺

阐述了铝花纹圈新的加工工艺，既铸造时采取单块铸造，每块花纹块增加工艺基准，利用胎具单块粗、精铣，使花纹块的倾斜量不再超差，把每个花纹块都控制在同一标准内，保证了花纹圈的圆度，从而保证了轮胎的动平衡及各项技术指标，同时解决了花纹块铸造氧化层加工时容易被破坏的问题。

New Machining Process of Aluminous Tread Patterns Ring in Tire Mold

A new process of manufacturing the aluminous tread patterns ring was introduced. Single patterns block mold casting was applied in casting, every patterns block molds added process standards, using rough-fine milling of single patterns block mold, the inclined value is no more out-of-tolerance and every tread patterns segments were controlled in the same standard,which can guarantee TIR of the tread ring so as to ensure dynamic balance and all other specifications of tire, at the same time, the problem that oxide layer of patterns block mold casting was easily destroyed in machining was solved.
