| 摘 要： | 由(Z)-2-氨基-α-(2)-(叔丁氧基)-氧代乙氧基]亚氨基]-4-噻唑乙酸(简称ADTAC)和2,2′-二硫联二苯并噻唑(DM)合成了2-(2-氨基-4-噻唑基)-2-(Z)-(叔丁氧基羰基)-甲氧基]亚氨基]乙酸2-苯并噻唑硫酯,其合成的较佳条件是:n(ADTAC)∶n(DM)∶n(N-甲基吗啉)∶n(亚磷酸三乙酯)=1.0∶2.0∶1.4∶2.4,反应温度0~15℃,亚磷酸三乙酯滴加时间为2~4 h,保温时间约为1 h。在此条件下,产品产率约70%,产品中标题产物的质量分数约100%(相对于标样),熔点140~142℃。

| Abstract: | 2-(2-Amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-(Z)-(t-butoxycarbonyl)methoxy]imino]acetic acid 2-benzothiazolyl thioester was synthesized by condensing(Z)-2-amino-2-(t-butoxy)-2-oxoethoxy]imino]-4-thiazoleacetic acid(ADTAC) with 2,2-dithio-bis-benzothiazole(DM).The optimum conditions for the condensation were: n(ADTAC):n(DM):(n(N-)methylmorpholine): n(triethyl phosphite)=1.0∶2.0∶1.4∶2.4,reaction temperature 0~15℃,adding time of triethyl phosphite 2~4 h,and reaction time 1 h. Under above conditions,the yield and weight percent of the title compound were 70% and 100%(based on standard sample) respectively,melting point of it was 140~142 ℃. |
