摘    要:采用高效液相色谱分离,VWD检测器检测,对农药制剂产品中的阿维菌素含量进行测定。样品用乙腈溶解,采用ODS C18反相柱,流动相为甲醇-水(85∶15),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10μL,柱温为40℃,研究测定阿维菌素标准品活性成分在色谱柱上的保留时间、峰高、峰面积。测得结果:B1a保留时间为13.3 min,B1b为10.3 min,其浓度和色谱峰面积呈线性相关y=0.040 7x-0.181 9,r=0.999 9。方法回收率为96.0%~102.0%,变异系数为0.36%~0.58%,最终测得样品中的阿维菌素B1a含量为0.31%。结果表明,该测定方法准确可靠、灵敏,可用于常规农药制剂中阿维菌素含量分析。

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of abamectin in pesticide products by HPLC with VWD detectors.Samples dissolved by acetonitrile were determined by rp-HPLC with the chromatographic column of C18,the mobile phase: methanol-water(85∶15),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the amount of injection was 10 μL,and the temperature of the detector was 40 ℃.The preserving time,peak value,peak areas of the active ingredients in the standard sample of abamectin were determined.Results were the preserving time of B1a was 13.3 min while that of B1b was 10.3 min.The concentration of abamectin was positively related to the peak area with linear equation of y =0.040 7 x-0.181 9(r = 0.999 9),the reclaiming rate was between 96.0% and 102.0%,the precision and coefficient of variability was between 0.36% and 0.58%.The results showed that the determination method was accurate and sensitive,it could be used for the routine analysis of abamectin’s content in pesticide products.
