哌嗪合成中催化剂的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备改性ZSM-5分子筛作为乙醇胺合成哌嗪的催化剂,改性后的催化剂具有较好的活性和选择性。考察了不同硅铝比的HZSM-5分子筛对反应的影响,对比了KCl、CaCl2和MgCl2作为改性剂的反应效果,确定KCl为改性较优的改性剂,2.5 mo1/L为较适宜的浸渍浓度。

Abstract:To synthesize piperazine from ethanolamine with modified ZSM-5 zeolite prepared using dipping method as catalyst.The modified ZSM-5 zeolite has great active and selectivity.To study the influence of HZSM-5 with different SiO2/Al2O3 ratios on the reaction.The experiment results showed that the KCl was the better modifier than CaCl2 and MgCl2,and the optimum dipping concentration was 2.5 mo1/L.
