| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定富马酸喹硫平片的有关物质的方法。色谱柱为依利特（ODS 5μm,4.6mm×250mm）,以甲醇-水-三乙胺（670∶330∶4）用磷酸调节pH值为6.8为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为289nm。该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于富马酸喹硫平片中有关物质的测定。

| Abstract: | To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the determination on the related substances in quetiapine fumarate tablets.The chromatographic analysis was performed on Elite(ODS 5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)column.The mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine(670∶330∶4)which pH value was adjust to 6.8 by phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength was 289 nm.The method was simple,accurate,specific,and could be used for the determination on related substances in quetiapine fumarate tablets. |
