| Abstract: | The innovations of scientific research institutions play important roles in promoting the progress of science and technology,accelerating the economic development and social progress.To discuss the theories and practical applications of the innovations including thinking innovation,technology innovation,industry innovation,system innovation,management innovation,talent innovation and responsibility innovation.To point out that the scientific research institutions should constantly increase strength,improve ability and enhance level in the aspects of the innovations of thinking,technology,industry,system,management,talent and responsibility,open up the roads of innovation suited to their own development. |
