| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定泛昔洛韦片有关物质的方法。色谱柱为Agilent(C185μm,4.6mm×250mm),乙腈0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为221nm。该方法简便,准确,专属性强,可用于泛昔洛韦片中有关物质的测定。

| Abstract: | To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic（HPLC） method for the determination on related substances in famciclovir tablets. The chromatographic ana!ysis was performed on Agilent（C185μm,4.6mm×250mm）column with acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer（20 ： 80）as the mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^-1 and the detection wavelength of 221 nm. The method is simple, accurate, specific, and can be used for the determination on the related substances in famciclovir tablets. |
