重型钻机提升用钢丝绳的品种与结构评析

摘    要:针对我国重型钻机把西鲁式6×19S+IWRC作为钻井钢丝绳主要使用结构,但这种结构钢丝绳存在早期断丝、断股使其寿命缩短等问题,分析了国内外重型钻机钢丝绳使用结构的现状。根据近代钢丝绳发展趋势和我国钢丝绳的制造水平,提出我国重型钻机在近期应适当选用多丝结构的钢丝绳并积极试用新型压实股衬垫芯钢丝绳,逐渐用结构为6×19(a)类压实股衬垫芯钢丝绳全面替代现用的西鲁式6×19S+IWRC结构的钢丝绳。

Abstract:The life time of drilling wire rope on site is determined on,besides their built-in quality and their correct use method,the selection of their structure.In recent 20 years,the wire rope structure of 6×19 Seale IWRC has been chosen as the main structure of wire rope on site.But with the development of oil and gas industry,after more and more heavy-duty drilling rigs are put into use,some defects are found in the Seale type wire rope.This paper analyzes the present use status of drilling wire ropes at home and abroad.According to the trend of the recent wire rope development and Chinese wire rope manufacturing level,it is put forward that the heavy-duty drilling rigs shall be equipped and/or selected with multi-wires structure,and actively be tried to use the new compacted strand cushioned core rope,and step by step selecting 6×19(a) classification of compacted strand cushioned core rope instead of the present wire rope structure of 6×19 Seale IWRC.
