大型网壳结构安装施工技术

摘    要:浙江黄龙体育中心主体育场网壳挑蓬结构施工中,在内环钢梁合龙前,为避免产生次应力,网壳不能与内环钢梁连接,故采用“衬管法”将网壳合龙段杆件和内环钢梁上的半球节点定位连接,并针对超长大面积钢网壳的合龙采取措施,保证了东西区网壳在2个月内顺利合龙,安装精度及焊缝质量均满足规范及设计规定的要求。

Abstract:In the construction of reticulated shell canopy of main gymnasium of Huanglong Sports Center, Zhejiang, in order not to cause secondary stress when making closure the shell should not be connected with inner circular steel beam. Instead, lining tube was adopted to join rods at closing part of the shell to hemisphere joints on inner circular steel beam. Special measure was taken to insure a quality closure of super-long and large steel reticulated shell. Both the installation precision and welding quality met the requirement of design standard and code.
