隧道窑模糊控制系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种陶瓷工业隧道窑模糊控制系统的设计方法,包括用解析式表达的模糊控制规则、系统硬件总体配置及软件的主要功能。该系统分析两级:第一级以PC机为上位机,实现对生产过程的监督和管理;第二级以STD总线的工控机为下位机,以多功能通用智能模糊控制器为冗余机,实现对过程的实时控制,用电炉模拟陶瓷窑的实验表明,该系统的设计基本满足了控制和调节的要求,实现了实时控制的目的。

Design for Tunnel Kiln Fuzzy Control System

Abstract:This paper puts forward a design for tunnel kiln fuzzy control system for ceramic industry,including an analytical expression of fuzzy control rules,total configuration of system hardware and main software functions. The system has two levels:a PC is used as supervisory computer to realize supervision and management of the production processes,while an STD bus industrial controller is used as control computer and a general purpose multi function fuzzy controller as redundancy computer.With electric oven simulation instead of ceramic tunnel kiln, it proves that this design has basically met the requirement of control and adjustment,and achieved the aim of real time control.
