摘    要:观察并分析了72B高碳钢盘条拉仲异常断口。断口的宏观形貌为圆形黑色区和白色区两个明显的区域组成,微观形态黑色区的微观缺陷较白色区的多。对黑色区和白色区的非金属夹杂和金相组织进行观察。实验认为黑色区含有大量非金属夹杂物和部分裂纹及孔洞是使该区呈现颜色较深和塑性较低的主要原因。

Abstract:Tensile abnormal fracture of 72B high-carbon steel wire rod has been observed and analysed It shows that the fracture marcostructure is consisit of grey circle zone and white zone fracture There are more defect in the grey zone than the white zone Nonmetal foreign matter and microstructure in the grey area and white area were observed It is considered that the non-metallic inclusion and microstructure is the main reason that make the steel wire rod plasticity reduce and fracture expression grey
