摘    要:本文通过对美国经济学家索洛的增长速度方程进行回归,得出了四川石油管理避的资金产出弹性系数、劳动产出弹性系数,确定了该局的增长速度方程和产出方程。并首次进行了年的生产状况进行了预测,在保持1991年物价指数不变的前提下,提出了2000年的总产值目标。上述方程的建立为如何正确评价和定量计算科技进步在生产建设中的作用、影响及客观经济调控提供了可靠的数学手段。

Abstract:The paper makes regression in increase speed equation raised by Solo, an Amercian economist. The coefficient of elasticity of funds and labor output of Sichuan Petroleum Administration was obtained, and it was determined that increase speed equation and output equation of the administration. This paper makes explorative calculation on science-technology progress contribution value for the first time,gets output contribution value for funds,labor and science-technology progress. Meanwhile, forcasting production condition of the administration in 2000, target of general output in 2000 was raised under the prerequisite that price index keep unchanged in 1991. Above establishment of equation provided reliable mathematic means for correctly evaluating and quantitatively caiculating effect,influence of science-technology progress in production construction, and macro-control of economics.
