防堵塞防倒流的套管射流泵研制与应用

针对低渗透高含油饱和度地层供液能力不足给有杆泵采油带来的冲程损失大、泵效低等问题 ,研制了防堵塞防倒流的套管射流泵。提出了与之配套的有杆泵 +射流泵组合举升工艺 :在有杆泵末端增加射流泵 ,通过封隔器将高、低渗透层段分开 ;利用高渗透层产生的液量作为射流泵的动力液 ,在低渗透层段产生压降 ,从而提高低渗透层的产液能力。介绍了防堵塞防倒流套管射流泵的结构、工作原理、参数优选及现场应用情况。 2 0 0 3年在河南油田现场应用 4口井 ,工艺成功率 10 0 % ,有效率 10 0 % ,累计增产原油 390 0t。

Development and application of anti-plugging and backflow-proof casing jet pump

In the light of such problems as stroke loss and low pump efficiency caused by the inadequate liquid delivery in the formation with the low permeability and high oil saturation, a anti-plugging and backflow-proof casing jet pump is developed. The pump carries out oil production by means of a jet pumpadded on a sucker rod pump. A packer isolates the high and low permeable zones. The high fluid from the high permeable zone is used as the power fluid of the jet pump, which produces a pressure drop in the low permeable zone, increasing the liquid production capability from this formation. The design feature, operating principle and parameters optimum selection of the casing jet pump are introduced, and its field use is commented.
