重心自调式多功能医护车的设计

摘    要:该重心自调式多功能医护车利用齿轮齿条机构,使用者可轻松实现医护车、医护床及轮椅三者之间的转换。其最大特点是重心自调,通过螺杆机构传动带动平行四杆机构运动,平行四杆机构与齿轮齿条机构通过连杆联结,带动后轮前后运动,调整前后两轮之间跨距,保证运行的安全性。样车经试验测试,性能良好,适用于多种场合。

Abstract:A center of gravity self-regulation style multifunctional medicinal vehicle was developed, using pinion and rack, make this product easily to switch among medicinal vehicle, sickbed and wheelchair, the chiefly characteristic is center of gravity self-regulation, the motion of the parallel link mechanism was drive by screw mechanism, and the parallel link mechanism coupling with pinion and rack through connecting rod, driving the trailing wheel moving back and forth to adjust the outreach of the universal wheel and the trailing wheel, for the purpose to keep security. By testing it, the bicycle performans nice, suitable for many occasions.
