| 摘 要： | 在全面总结水文化基本知识和研究成果的基础上,结合水利工作实际,阐述水文化的概念及内涵,进一步明确水文化研究对象。根据水文化对象、内容和特性的不同,对水文化进行了分类,并把水文化的形成和发展划分为三个阶段进行分析,从水利职工水文化培训和自学的需求角度,提出了水文化体系框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of basic knowledge and research achievement, combined with water conservancy works, the content and connotation of water cultural are elaborated and study object is clarified. According to the object, content and feature of water cultural, water cultural is classified and analyzed by three phases in the form and development process. Furthermore, the systematic frame is proposed from the prospect of water conservancy cultural training and learning. |
