基于双基点法的项目目标柔性控制的定量分析

The Quantitative Analysis of Project Objective Flexible Control Based on Double Base Points

Based on the principal contradiction of the present project system and its environment in the process of project implementation, the corresponding control objectives are designed, and a lot of alternatives are constructed to attempt to realize flexible control. Initial data of decision are formed through the questionnaire investigation and expert marking. The relative weightiness of analyzed objectives is measured with relative entropy. The quantitative analysis of flexibility control decision based on double base points is set up so as to determine the order of importance and emergency. Finally, an example is given to prove the validity of this quantitative method.
