高压风机的变频控制

摘    要:针对目前矿井通风系统中风机控制存在的不足,本文提出了基于单元串联多电平技术的高压风机变频调速技术。利用多单元级联技术,可以采用低压的功率器件组成功率单元,输出级联后组成高压系统,从而控制风机的变频运行,实现调速和节能的目的。文中详细介绍了系统的组成结构及功能。

Abstract:A new adjustable speed drive method based on cascaded multilevel technical was proposed in this paper to overcome the current shortcoming of main fan control method in mine ventilation system. By this cascaded method,several outputs of power units which made up with low voltage switch components composed to supply the high voltage system. With this method, the wind speed can be controlled by frequency varying of the fan, which can also save energy. The structure and the function of the system are also detailed.
