钒渣中有害元素的浸出特性

摘    要:对随州、竹山、都西等地钒厂在不同生产工艺、不同排渣年份条件下的钒渣中有害元素的浸出特性进行了研究.结果表明,砷含量有超过《污水综合排放标准》(GB8979—1996)限值的样本,钒渣中六价铬大部分残留,汞基本无残留,砷残留率约为11.6%.钒渣的粒径对有害元素的浸出效果没有明显影响,与砷的类比结果说明,不能排除钒渣属于危险废物的可能.

Abstract:The leaching characteristic of harmful elements in vanadium slag, under conditions of different production technologies and different time they are discharged, of vanadium plants in Suizhou city, Zhushan and Yunxi countries are studied. It is shown that the content of arsenic exceeds the limit specified by integrated wastewater discharge standard in some samples, that the ratios of residual hexavalent chrome, lead, cadmium to their original contents in slag are about 100~, mercury generally 0, arsenic 11.6 %, that the particle diameter of slag does not significantly influence the leaching of harmful elements. The analogy of toxicity between vanadium slag and arsenic indicate that vanadium slag should be considered as a kind of hazardous waste.
