摘    要:压电陶瓷驱动电源是压电陶瓷微位移器应用中的关键部件。PA78是一种新型的高压高速功率运算放大器。提出了一种基于PA78的新型压电陶瓷驱动电源结构,开发研制了这种新型电源,介绍了该电源设计原理并对其性能进行了测试和分析。该电源具有精度高,响应速度快,驱动力强,稳定性好的特点,能有效应用于光纤光栅传感系统中。

Abstract:Power supply is the key component in micro piezoelectric actuator's application.The PA78 is a new high voltage,high precision operational amplifier.In this paper,a new structure of power supply based on PA78 is presented and the principle and the performance of the composite amplifier are tested and analyzed in detail.The unique features of this design are high precision,quick response,strongly driving capability and fine stabling.It can be applied in fiber-grating sensor system.
