瀛汶河铁路大桥防洪影响评价

摘    要:在河道上修建跨河建筑物,直接影响到河道的行洪是否顺畅及建筑物本身的稳定安全,因此,对跨河桥梁建设项目进行防洪影响评价是十分必要的。以山东瀛汶河铁路大桥防洪影响评价为例,对跨河桥梁防洪影响评价的过程、方法、内容及有关问题进行了分析并提出了建议。结果表明,瀛汶河铁路大桥在设计100 a一遇洪水标准时,桥梁总跨径、桥下净空高度等满足规范规定,行洪是安全的;铁路桥轴线的法线与水流方向的夹角为7°,不满足方向相同的技术要求;1#和5#墩台设置在迎水坡上,不满足规范要求;铁路桥梁底高程与规划河道堤顶高程相差0.58 m,桥下行人、车辆无法通行。修建瀛汶河铁路大桥需要采取更加完善的工程措施,方可安全运行。

Abstract:It is necessary to evaluate the flood control impact of a river-crossing bridge.Aiming at the problems exited in the evaluation, the analysis and discussion on the procedures,methods,contents and related issues of the evaluation are made here by taking a railway bridge over Yingwen River for example.At the same time,the feasible engineering measures are proposed for building of the bridge,which will be applied to similar projects in the future.
