| Abstract: | Inrtoduces a LCD glass substrate surface defect inspection system based on machine vision.Through the design of modularized image processing and distributed machine vision technology,the system realizes image characteristics extraction,classification and division of grade.Therefore it meet quality requirement of substrate glass in LCD display. |
