摘    要:进口船舶磁罗经中使用了低黏度的聚甲基硅氧烷磁罗经油,国内无成熟产品可替代,为了满足该类型磁罗经的用油需求,必须对该油进行国产化研制。文章研制了能够替代俄ПМС-5聚甲基硅氧烷的船舶合成磁罗经油,通过理化性能试验、环境适应性试验和长期使用试验证明,研制产品具有良好的高低温性能,性能稳定,能够满足相关设备的使用要求。

Abstract:Low viscosity polymethylsilioxane is used in the imported vessel magnetic compass. There is no similar product in domestic market. So it is important to develop domestic substitute to meet the demand of imported magnetic compass. A kind of silicone oil was developed to replace the Russian's ∏MC -5 polymethylsilioxane. It was shown by a series of experi- ments that the developed oil has excellent high - low temperature performances and stability. Actual application test indica- ted that the developed oil can meet the requirements of imported magnetic compass.
