摘    要:炼油催化剂厂排出的污水滤渣严重污染环境。本文介绍了全湿法处理方法,对其综合回收,使废弃物资源化。不仅消除了滤渣堆放对环境的污染,而且从中回收了偏铝酸钠、氯化稀土和水玻璃,并可将其返回作生产催化剂的原料。是消除废渣污染和综合回收的一条成功途径。

Abstract:Until recently the filter residue of the effluent from the factories of catalysts for oil refining has been a pollutant to the environment. A wet treatment process described in this paper allows the comprehensive recovery to be achieved from the residue. Using this process sodium meta-aluminate, RE metal chlorides and sodium silicate have been successfully recovered and recycled to the catalyst production line. Therefore this process seems to provide a effective approach to the complex utilization of the waste and to eliminating pollution.
