摘    要:ZYY341 —114GX 高压注水封隔器主要由坐封、解封、洗井、密封和锁紧等部分组成。采用液压坐封和下放解封方式, 设计了反洗活塞自动复位装置, 解决了反洗通道关闭不严的问题。反洗井活塞与外中心管之间的软密封克服了硬密封易夹砂、渗漏和刺坏的缺点。封隔元件肩部保护结构和定位大锁块的采用, 提高了封隔器的密封、坐封和解封性能。现场试验证明该型封隔器坐封和解封灵活, 承受压差大, 密封效果好, 能够满足高压分注和卡漏等工艺要求。

Abstract:Model ZYY341—114GX high pressure water injection packer consists of such parts as setting, releasing, washing, sealing and locking. It adopts hydraulic setting and can be released by lowering tubing string. The automatic reset backwash piston is designed to solve the problem that the packer backwash channel can't be closed tightly. Packing element shoulder protection and large locking structure improves the properties of the packer. Field test proves that the new packer can be set and released flexibly and bears large differential pressure, and its properties accord with the design requirements exactly.
