连续油管可靠性的模糊综合评价

摘    要:在综合分析影响连续油管可靠性因素的基础上, 建立了对连续油管可靠性进行模糊综合评价的指标体系, 提出了用于连续油管可靠性模糊综合评价的多目标多级模糊综合评价的数学模型, 并结合实例从环境条件、使用可靠性、固有可靠性和总体可靠性四个方面对连续油管可靠性做了评价。应用表明, 这种模糊综合评判方法, 不仅可用来评判在役连续油管的可靠性, 还可对新进口连续油管的可靠性进行综合评判, 鉴定油管质量, 从而对连续油管的选购和使用管理等提供依据。

Abstract:Based on a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the reliability of coiled tubings, a fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy for evaluating the reliability of coiled tubings is constructed, and a relevant mathematical model is established. The reliability of coiled tubings is evaluated from four aspects, including the environment condition, service reliability, inherent reliability and integral reliability. This method can be used not only for the evaluation of the reliability of the in site coiled tubings, but for the comprehensive evaluation of the newly imported coiled tubings.
