Al_2O_3/Al复合材料反应生成技术

摘    要:研究运用XDTM法制备金属基复合材料工艺,成功地制备了Al2O3(P)/Al复合材料。试验证明,粒径10~15μm的SiO2粉末与Al粉制成的坯体,在600℃保温3h时反应能全面进行,但直至保温4h时反应仍不彻底;当保温时间延长至6h后,生成的Al2O3粒子中Si含量极小,反应彻底完成。反应生成的Si富集在Al2O3粒子周围的基体中,以细小、球形的结晶体形式析出。生成的Al2O3粒子与基体的界面结合良好。同时对反应机理和反应对基体的影响也作了初步的探讨

Abstract:The XD TM technology for metallic composites is researched, and the Al 2O 3(p)/Al composites have been successfully formed. The experiments show that the compound consisting of Al powders and SiO 2 powders whose diameter is about 10~15μm,at 600℃ for 3h, can wholly cause reaction, but not to be completed when the reaction has been done for 4h. The formed Al 2O 3 particles include few Si atoms and the reaction has been fully completed at 600℃ for 6h. The matrixs round Al 2O 3 particles rich in Si atoms in the form of slight and spheroical crystal. The interface between Al 2O 3 particles and Al matrix is good. In the meantime, the mechanism of reaction and the influence of reaction on matrix have been also primarily studied.
