摘    要:用透射电镜研究了等离子喷涂Al2O3+13wt%TiO2陶瓷涂层体系中NiCrAl粘结层与基材金属的界面及其与陶瓷涂层的界面特征。结果表明,这两种界面的结构是相似的,界面有一定的厚度,但不均匀,并由非晶、微晶以及纳米晶等多种组织和多种相复合组成

Abstract:The interface characteristics of substrate-metal bond coat layer and the layer-ceramic coating were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in the plasma sprayed duplex coating system consisting of a Al 2O 3+13wt%TiO 2 ceramic layer and a NiCrAl bond coat layer. It was found that the microstructure of the two interfaces is similar. Moreover, the two interface regions, which are of a certain thikness but non-uniform, are composed of a few phases, such as , amorphous, micro-crystalline, nanocrystalline phases.
