辐射技术在 SiC 陶瓷纤维材料研制中的应用

摘    要:聚碳硅烷(PCS)先驱体热解转化法,是合成SiC陶瓷纤维材料的一种重要途径。先驱体的不融化处理(交联)则是保证陶瓷材料性能的关键因素,文中着重介绍了聚碳硅烷的辐射交联不融化处理技术的研究进展,并与热氧化交联法和过氧化物引发交联法作了比较,表明用辐射交联法能够实现产物的高纯度,有利于提高所得SiC陶瓷纤维材料的耐热限和强度。

Abstract:Pyrolysis of polycarbosilane(PCS)ceramic precursor is an important way to fabricate silicone carbide(SiC)ceramic fibbers. Curing the precursor to make it infusible is a key factor to obtain ceramics with high quality.In this paper, the radiation curing technology of PCS was revivwed and compared with thcrmal oxidation curing and peroxide initiation curing method. It shows that radiation curing provides a beneficial method to fabricate SiC ceramic fibres with high purity, and to improve the properties of the ceramic materials such as heat-resistant temperature and tensile strength.
