摘    要:通过透射电镜、能谱成分分析、X射线对Al2O3/含Ti钎料的反应界面进行了深入的微观研究,确定了反应界面间的各相结构及相互关系,根据Al2O3在钎焊温度下通过扩散而脱氧的特点,提出了液相Ti与Al2O3之间新的界面反应机制。在此基础上,通过热力学计算,确定了界面产物TiO的理论形成温度

MECHANISM AND THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF INTERFACE REACTION BETWEEN LIQUID SOLDER WITH TITANIUM AND SOLID ALUMINA
Abstract:The interface reaction between alumina and solder containing titanium has been examined in detail by transmission electron microscopy, spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. Thestructures of phases in the interface and their inter-relation have been determined. Based on the characteristics of alumina deoxiadisation by diffusion at the soldering temperature, the mechanism of interface reaction between liquid titanium and solid alumina has been put forward. The theoritical formation temperature of the reaction product TiO has been established by thermodynamic analysis.
