麻疯树籽制备生物柴油的中试研究

摘    要:以100 L反应釜进行了制备麻疯树生物柴油的中试实验,并研究了反应温度、醇油比、催化剂用量、搅拌速率对转化率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度60℃,醇油质量比为1∶4.5,催化剂KOH用量为油重1.2%,搅拌速率150 r/min,反应60 min时转化率达到最高值98.3%。所得产品基本达到GB/T20828—2007《柴油机燃料调合用生物柴油(BD100)》所规定的技术要求,净热值达到0#柴油的90.1%。

Abstract:Pilot scale biodiesel production was carried on in a 100 L reactor by alkali catalyzed transesterification from jatropha curcas L.seed.The influence of reaction temperature,mass ratio of methanol to oil,catalyst concentration and stir speed were studied.The results indicated that the conversion rate of transesterification reached 98.3% under the optimal parameters:reaction temperature 60 ℃,1 ∶4.5 mass ratio of methanol to oil,catalyst concentration 1.2% of oil,agitating rate 150 r/min and reaction time 60 min.The quality of biodiesel products basically matched the indexes of BD100 national standard and the net calorific value reached 90.1% of the 0# diesel.
