锅炉运行性能与烟气含氧量优化研究

摘    要:对某电厂200MW机组燃煤锅炉在200MW、180MW与160MW运行工况下炉膛出口烟气含氧量进行了优化研究,得出烟气含氧量对电站锅炉运行性能的影响规律。结果表明:对应的最优运行氧量分别为3.6%、3.8%、4.5%,此结果可供电站锅炉经济运行参考。

Abstract:Study on optimization of oxygen content in flue gas at the furnace outlet under operation condition of 200 MW, 180 MW, and 160 MW of a 200 MW coal-fired unit in one power plant has been carried out, the affecting regularity of oxygen content in flue gas upon the operation performance of utility boiler being obtained. The results show that the corresponding optimal oxygen content to be 3.6%, 3.8%, and 4.5% respectively, these parameters providing reference basis for ecomomic operation of utility boilers.
