| 摘 要： | 从纺纱技术的发展及对钢丝圈的要求入手 ,分析了当前我国普遍使用的环锭纺纱用钢丝圈制造业的规模、品种和技术现状及与国外先进水平的差距 ,提出应在深入研究环锭纺纱机理的基础上 ,不断开发钢丝圈用新材料、新设备、新工艺 ,优化其圈型 ,重视研究表面处理技术的发展策略

| Abstract: | Starting with the development of spinning process and the action upon the travellers,analysis is done to the current manu.industry of travllers on the ring-spun process regarding the size,varieties,process status,and the gap with that of the ovrseas products of the same kind. Suggestion is put forth that while strengthening the ring-spun mechanism,development should be done of new process,new material,new equipment with the optimization of the profile of the travllers.Importance should be given to the surface treatment process. |
