煤层钻孔风力排渣模拟实验研究

摘    要:基于两相流的有关原理对煤层钻孔风力排渣进行了研究,结合现场情况,建立了煤层钻孔风力排渣实验装置,对风力排渣进行模拟实验.测定了排渣系统中各段的压力损失,分析了各段压力损失的比重,研究了风量、风速、钻屑运动速度、固气比和压力损失等之间的内在规律.结合理论分析得出了最小排渣风速公式,该公式反应了煤层瓦斯突出钻屑量指标、钻孔直径、钻杆直径、钻进速度等参数对排渣过程的影响.实验得出的结论为现场选择设备型号提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the two phase flow principle,the pneumatic slagoff for boreholes in coal seams was theoretically researched and simulated.According to the in situ situation,some devices for the equipment of pneumatic slagoff were set up.The pressure loss of each phase was determined and the pressure loss proportion analyzed.The internal rules among the air volume,the air speed,the moving speed of drilling cuttings,the solid/gas ratio,and pressure loss were studied.Based on the theory,the formula of the lowest air speed of slagoff was obtained.This formula can reflect the influence of some parameters such as the amount of drilling dust from gas burst,the diameters of borehole and drill rod,the drilling speed,etc,on the process of slagoff,providing a theoretic foundation for the selection of equipment.
