工业缝纫机系统制动停车问题研究

摘    要:为提高基于直流无刷电机控制的工业缝纫机系统的制动效率、简化制动方法,提出了一种新型的基于无刷直流电机控制的工业缝纫机系统换向锁定制动停车控制方法。该方法从调速、制动两方面入手,采用PI调节降速,通过检测停针位信号进行换向锁定制动。同时从理论方面分析论证了该控制方法的可行性,并给出了实际的控制效果图。实践证明:该方法取得了良好的控制效果,完全满足工缝机系统的控制要求,提高了系统的性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of industrial sewing machine system based on brushless dc motor control,simplified brake method and simplify the brake method,this paper put forward a new kind of reversing lock brake parking control method about the brushless dc motor control industrial sewing machine system.This method analyzed from the two aspects of speed and braking,PI speed control method is used,detecting needle position signal for reversing locking brake,and demonstrated the feasibility of this control method in theory.Finally,presents a practical control rendering.Practice proves that the method has achieved good effect,met the control requirements of the industrial sewing machine system and improves the dynamic performance of the system.
