| 摘 要： | 3G业务的发展方向是提供数据多媒体业务，数据业务是3G未来的关键业务。移动多媒体业务的成功必须具备客户体验、电信运营和技术支撑三项基本的商业原则。目前全球发展3G数据业务存在着服务质量差、费用高的问题，需要建立新的商业模式，推出一些重点业务。
