摘    要:使用氢氟酸和硝酸溶解样品,加入酒石酸作为稳定剂,用水稀释至刻度。使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铌铁中的铌、钽、钛三种元素,为了消除使用铌铁标准样品检测范围过窄,使用了在标准系列中加入适量单标准溶液绘制校准曲线。各元素的相关系数r均大于0.999,按照实验方法测定铌铁中的铌、钽、钛结果的相对标准偏差在0.31%~1.00%之间,各元素的回收率在98%~103%之间。按照实验方法测定样品中的铌、钽、钛,测定值与重量法测铌和钽,分光光度法测定钛结果相吻合。

Abstract:The samples are dissolved by hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and tartaric acid is added as stabilizer and diluted to scale with water. Three elements of niobium, tantalum and titanium in ferroniobium are determined by ICP-AES. In order to eliminate the narrow detection range of the standard samples of ferroniobium, a calibration curve is drawn by adding a proper amount of single standard solution in the standard series. The correlation coefficient r of each element is more than 0.999. The relative standard deviation between the results of niobium, tantalum and titanium in the ferroniobium is measured between 0.31%~1.00%. The recovery rate of each element is between 98%~103%. The determination values of niobium, tantalum and titanium in the samples by experimental method coincide exactly with the value of niobium and tantalum determined by gravimetric method, and the value of titration determined by spectrophotometric method.
