复合改性沥青混合料塑性变形的影响因素分析

摘    要:沥青混合料塑性变形是沥青路面耐久性的重要组成部分,而影响塑性变形的因素有很多。该研究选用了三种复合改性沥青组成不同复合改性沥青混合料,在不同因素(沥青、集料级配、荷载作用次数、老化时间、试验温度)等影响下,对复合改性沥青混合料的塑性变形进行试验研究。研究表明,4%SBS/15%橡胶粉沥青混合料(AC-20)抗塑性变形能力与高温性能最好,4%SBR/15%橡胶粉沥青混合料(AC-13)最差。利用灰色关联理论对影响复合改性沥青混合料塑性变形的因素进行了评级。

Abstract:Plastic deformation of asphalt mixture is an important component of asphalt pavement durability, which is affected by many factor. In this study, three kinds of composite modified asphalt were used to form different composite modified asphalt mixtures, whose plastic deformations were analyzed under different influencing factors (Binder, aggregate gradation, loading times, ageing time and test temperature). The research results show that the ability to resist plastic deformation of 4%SBS/15% rubber powder asphalt mixture with AC-20 is the best, and the 4%SBR/15% rubber powder asphalt mixture with AC-13 is the poorest. The various factors influencing plastic deformation of asphalt mixture were evaluated by using grey relational theory.
