阳极氧化法制备多孔氧化铝研究进展

摘    要:多孔氧化铝由于具有硬度高、耐高温、耐磨、电绝缘、耐侵蚀、力学性能良好,以及制备多孔氧化铝陶瓷原料来源广泛、价格低廉等优点,被广泛应用于净化分离、固定化酶载体、吸声减震和传感器材料等众多领域。阳极氧化法制备的多孔氧化铝由于具有规则的纳米多孔结构,且分布均匀,纵横比大是制备各种纳米材料的良好模板。文章综述了阳极氧化法制备多孔氧化铝研究进展,包括基本试验方法和最新的研究进展。

RESEARCH AND REVIEW OF PREPARATION OF POROUS ALUMINA BY ANODIZING

Abstract:Porous alumina is widely used in purification and separation,immobilized enzyme carrier due to its high hardness,high temperature resistance,wear resistance,electrical insulation,erosion resistance,good mechanical properties.Moreover,the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain.It is widely used in many fields such as purification and separation,immobilized enzyme carrier,sound absorption and sensor materials.Porous alumina prepared by anodizing has a regular nanoporous structure and uniform distribution,and a large aspect ratio,which is a good template for preparing various nano materials.This paper reviews the progress in the preparation of porous alumina by anodizing,including basic experimental methods and the latest research progress.
