摘    要:本文在总结国内外大量石墨烯有机防腐涂层相关文献基础上,综述了石墨烯改性有机防腐涂层的屏蔽性(分散方法和定向排列技术)、结合强度、自修复(催化钝化膜和缓蚀吸附膜)研究。探讨了石墨烯在防腐领域研究和应用中所遇到的现实问题和质疑,即石墨烯导电性引起的局部腐蚀加速现象和解决方法。讨论了石墨烯的导电性及其定向排列对富锌涂层阴极保护的作用机理。

Research of Dispersibility,Orientation, Functionalization and Conductivity of Graphene in Organic Anti-Corrosion Coatings and Practical Problems

Abstract:Based on a large number of literatures related to graphene-based organicanticorrosion coatings at home and abroad,this paper reviewed its synergistic research on dispersion,orientation and functionalization. The practical problems and doubts encounteredin the research and application of graphene in anti-corrosion field were discussed,i. e. the local corrosion acceleration phenomenon caused by the conductivity of graphene and corresponding solutions. The influence mechanism of the conductivity and orientation of graphene on thezinc-rich coatings were discussed.
