热熔渣矿棉电炉用耐火材料冷凝炉衬的研究

摘    要:钢铁及铁合金在冶炼过程中会产生一定量的热熔渣,而产出的热熔渣在矿棉电炉中经过调质后,能够生产出一种保温隔热材料--矿棉,这一新兴产业在国内冶炼行业掀起了新风向,然而热熔渣在矿棉电炉(矿热炉)中进行调质生产时,电炉内衬使用的耐火材料寿命不稳定、炉龄短的问题始终困扰着各个生产企业,为此提出了采用冷凝炉衬的思路,对其使用性进行了分析及探讨。

Abstract:The steel and ferroalloy slag in smelting process produces a certain amount of hot melt slag.The hot melt slag can be used to produce a kind of heat preservation and heat insulation material,mineral wool in mineral wool electric furnace slag after quenched and tempered.This emerging industry has set a new trend in domestic smelting industry.However,when the hot molten slag is quenched and tempered in a mineral wool electric furnace (submerge arc furnace),the problem of unstable life of the refractory used in the electric furnace lining and the short furnace age have always plagued various production enterprises.To this end,the idea of using condensing furnace lining is put forward.The usability is analyzed and discussed.
