New Sampling Mode For Linear Time‐Varying Systems

It is proved in this paper that the nonequidistant periodic sampling pattern and zero‐order hold operations do not change the controllability and observability of time variant linear systems during the procedure of discretization for digital control. This result is an extension of the corresponding result for time invariant cases presented in [5].
