摘    要:开发了基于微机平台的FDM/FEM集成应力分析系统,对复杂大型铸件的凝固过程热应力进行三维数值模拟;比较了鼓风机机壳在两种不同工艺方案中的残余应力,并且分析了对水轮机长轴头的热裂倾向。

Abstract:Based on personal computer, a FDM/FEM integrated analysis system of thermal stresses was developed, and 3D numerical simulaion of thermal stresses in large castings during solidification has been carried out. The residual stress fields in the blower case castings with different technological processes were analyzed and the tendency of hot tearing in the main shaft of water turbine was predicted.
